About Mybus-Europe.
Mybus Europe is a trading division of Travel Plaza (Netherlands) BV and has its principal office in Amsterdam , Netherlands. Travelplaza (Netherlands) BV is a licensor of registered trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs and logos which are used in connection with sight-seeing, charter, transfer and package tour services. Local independent companies within each destination, known as Licensee, conduct the services. As such, Mybus Europe does not itself provide sightseeing, charter, transfer or package tour services. Rather, it facilitates and communicates content, features, promotions, and the reservation and/or purchase of tickets for the companies providing the services.
Prices and exchange rates.
All prices listed are per person unless otherwise specified. All prices are shown in Euro and where applicable are converted at prevailing foreign exchange rates as determined by Mybus Europe. For payments by credit or charge cards not in Euro, your bank or financial institution may charge you fluctuating exchange rates different from those shown (for your information only) in the equivalent currency convertor.
Prices do not include any tips/gratuities to guides or drivers ; any passport or visa fees, baggage or personal insurance; any item of personal nature and or any beverages or food not detailed in the tour/product description.
Prices can be subject to change without notice, until a booking has been paid and confirmed.
No charge or service fee is applied for payment by credit card by Mybus Europe. Full payment by credit card/charge card is required to make a reservation.
Mybus Europe accepts the following credit cards / charge cards : VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS, JCB.
Refunds and Cancellations. Amendments and Date changes.In case of amendments and date changes to the same tour product, these can be made “free of any charge” on condition that revised dates, departures are advertised at the same price. In the event that the change or amendment determines a lower price – unfortunately we are unable to make any refunds.
Cancellations.Tickets and tours purchased on www.mybus-europe.com are refundable* when a refund is requested at least two days prior to scheduled tour departure, less a 10% service fee. From two days prior to scheduled tour departure refunds cannot be given. In case of some particular events such as cancellations cause by acts of god or natural disasters Mybus Europe or its suppliers may waive any charges.

We STRONGLY recommend you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, if you suffer injury or illness during your trip, or if you are a victim of theft or loss of personal possessions or accidentally cause or create damage to third party property, many policies will reimburse or contribute to any fees or related expenses.
INDEMNITY

The internal laws of the Netherlands, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to any use of, or information on this site.
SEVERABILITY
If any term of this Agreement is declared unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by any court in any jurisdiction, then such term will be deemed severable from the remaining terms in such jurisdiction and will not affect the validity and enforceability of such remaining terms.
Mybus Europe may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, and all users will be bound by such revisions. Revisions will be posted on this "Terms & Conditions" page and users are responsible to review the page from time to time to ensure compliance.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
This agreement is in English. If this agreement is translated into any language other English, the English language text shall prevail in the event of a conflict between the English version and the translated version.
*TRAVEL CONDITIONS
This agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant destination country where the Tour commences. Clauses under Japanese travel laws are not applicable. The Tours are operated in accordance with the travel conditions as applied by the Tour organizer for that country.
